People You Should Be Following

Listed below are the websites of people that I believe exemplify what it is to be Relentless. That includes areas such as fitness, nutrition, well being, and motivation. If you would like to be featured or know of anyone who should be, feel free to message me and let me know. My goal is to build a network of people who can serve as inspiration for others as well as support for each other.

  1. Sarah Centrella

2.      Sonnet Lauberth

Is a cooking and wellness expert who brings practicality and creativity to the kitchen.  “It started with changing my diet and beginning to eat real, whole foods. I had grown up eating a lot of processed foods, a ton of sugar, and drinking too many lattes and Diet Cokes. After years of battling various health issues, I knew part of the problem was what I was eating. In 2006, I started teaching myself to cook and began focusing on eating real food made with local, seasonal, and organic ingredients prepared in my own kitchen. This taught me about the importance of listening to my body, connecting with the food I ate, and eating real food.”

3. BoujiBuzz

Is an intelligent blog on love, wellness, and pop culture issues. “My name is Nathalie. I like to help people through blogging. I created Boujibuzz because I am one of those weird and crazy people who believe that we all deserve love and acceptance. I am here to remind you to love yourself and celebrate your uniqueness. I will sometimes share intimate details of my life with you to encourage vulnerability and promote positive self-esteem. I like to be goofy and creative. However, I can be serious when I need to be because I dislike injustice. Professionally, I am a trained mental health therapist and spent many years helping others work through painful emotional issues. I believe in the power of healing. Send me your questions for our weekly “Dear Boujibuzz” video.  I hope that you will find Boujibuzz to be fun, educational and if we are lucky even a bit inspirational too. Looking forward to getting to know you better. #ShineBright”
